met lam yew today...its been like a month ago i'd saw him the last time.... wah.. he has changed. changed into someone more neatly dressed up than before & i could hardly recognized him. also..a change that he has turn mature.... having his own thinking, idea, vision which i personally would admire someone to know exactly what they want to do.... clearly know where they are heading to, unlike me.

gone for a leadership talk today, by Alan Jones the MD of GE(M), it was quite a useful & interesting one.... where he mentioned that to be able to lead, we must have the "PIE".

which i think is reasonably true. I remember the last part where he says ' to LEAD.... is to influence others to follow you but not through authority'. Don't you all agree ?

and also... i admire those who raise up some questions ....that i wouldn't have think of it before previously.... so i have to change my mindset. have a clear mindset... & don't be too shallow minded.... that passing ACCA is just getting the cert. & there's a long more way to go.... to learn the soft skills in practice....ok that's all & again i've not been studying because of this laptop... i've really got to resist myself from using it.... STUDY kiwen....
